"Delete Line(s)" also deletes next row if selection includes EOL

The “Delete Line(s)” functionality has a subtle bug that can result in the user inadvertently deleting more rows than indented.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open a text document
2. Triple-click on an arbitrary line to select that entire line
3. Invoke the “Delete Line(s)” function

Expected result:

The selected line is deleted.

Actual Result:

The selected line, as well as the following line, is deleted.
