Direct access to customize from find dialog

Hi Yutaka

What do you think to add an “[ ]RegEx DOT Match New Line” check box
to the FIND-dialog so we could switch this option at easy.

Or maybe how about to
add an [Customize]-button under [Help] to open “Customize > Search”

Just an idea.
(I know find dialog is non-modal, so we could access the menu too, but have the options in direct access would be nicer IMHO)
