Display vertical line at specific column position or word wrap position ?

I thought EmEditor already had this feature but, for the life of me, I can’t find the option. Does it already have this feature ?

If not can you add the ability to display a vertical line at a column position. It’s useful if you want to keep the width below a set number of characters without enabling word wrap, as you can use the line as a guide.
