“Do Not Close Last Document by Selecting Close Command” – is a misleading wording IMHO, a better one would be:

Do Not Exit Editor on Last Document Closed or a shorter and more correct one:

Open New on Last Document Closed

Thing is, EmEditor simply does exactly that [if the option ticked on].
