In 15.1.5 replay this bug.

Using the Registry Editor (regedit.exe), locate to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.txt and if you don’t see a key:

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.txt\ShellNew

craete this key above.

Then create a string value called “NullFile” under the ShellNew key and assign an empty string.

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.txt\ShellNew
  NullFile  REG_SZ  (empty)

In this key, can you find FriendlyTypeName value? If not, you can create this value (String Value) as:

Value name:
FriendlyTypeName

Value data:
Текстовый документ
