Love the editor, but can’t drag-and-drop text within the editor, or from the editor to other D&D targets.

Other types of D&D work: I can drag text into EmEditor from other apps, re-order tabs with the mouse, etc. But if I try to select text and drag it, the selection just goes away. The editor doesn’t seem to be able to act as a D&D source.

“Enable Text Drag and Drop” is checked in the Mouse tab of the Customize dialog. I’ve tried toggling it to no avail. It’s as if it were turned off regardless of setting.

I do have full text D&D in other apps.

I haven’t been able to find anything about this by searching the forums. Any idea what’s happening here?

EmEditor 9.02
(installed over fresh install of 9.01 – not the demo)
Windows XP SP2
Wacom Intuos tablet (USB)

You’re right, D&D is ok in v9.01, but disfunctional in v9.02. :-o
