Drag-drop from a CHM window (or IE)

Open any CHM window (or IE).
Select text in the page.
Drag the selection and it can be dropped into EmEditor.
Double-click (or triple-click) within the selection in the CHM window.
Drag the selection.
** But now it can not be dropped into EmEditor.

Can this be improved on EmEditor side?
