I cannot tell when exactly this happened, since I rarely pay attention to which particular technique I’m using when editing text. But a couple of minutes ago I discovered that Drag&Drop no longer works in EE: neither text, nor tab headers.

The option “Enable Text Drag and Drop” is turned on. I tried to turn it off, restart EE, and turn the option on again — did not help.

Version is 9.15 x64, OS is WinXP x64 SP2.

I don’t know why you have this issue. Maybe another application interferes EmEditor. Can you try on another PC if possible?

Now it happened again: D&D stopped working. It seems, indeed, that some application causes some conflict. I suspect Kaspersky Antivirus, ABBYY Lingvo, PowerPro, Sysinternals Process Explorer, because after I exited EE and these 4 applications, and restarted EE, D&D worked fine again (even after I started those 4 applications again). Next time I’ll do it step-by-step to determine which one causes the problem.
