EmEditor 19.4.0 – 20,000 Lines or more, Search for New Line Bug

With EmEditor 19.3.2 when you had Count Matches enabled in Find you could find any Number of New Lines (i.e. “\n”) with Regular Expression or Escape Sequence.

With EmEditor 19.4.0 New Lines Matches are limited to 19,999. And if there are 20,000 or more you get 0 Results found.

You can use “Numbering” & create 20,000 or more lines and then Search for “\n” with Regular Expression or Escape Sequence so see this Bug.

Could this please be fixed.
