External tool extension ("description")

Add a new control, for example ”Description”, within the external tool properties dialog.

This control could be contain an individual description for the current tool. If a description is defined, EmEditor displays this description:

1.
On the status bar, if the mouse cursor is placed on the congruent menu command

2.
Inside the keyboard dialog, if the congruent tool is selected
