Filter lines – customize number of lines before and after

Sorry for another filter issue;p
but while using i get to the point where i need to get

more then 10 lines after and before:)

if i could somehow change limit from 10 to higher values
it would be very useful:)

i suggest option to configure
whever you pick from dropdown list
or textbox field for before or after

for now i see that no more than 100lines
but restrict this number is hard for me as app restriction;p
