    Enable “Match Whole String”.
    Disable “Negative”.
    Filter with a string.
    Hide Filter toolbar.
    ** The whole view is “empty” now.
    ** The tab is still showing the Filter icon.

    I reproduced this issue, and it will be fixed on the next version.
