    Version: EmEditor 7.00b1 Portable
    Operating System: Windows XP

    Bug: Upon right-clicking a toolbar and executing the “Refresh” option both the FindBar and HTMLBar become unavailable. Neither are displayed in the list when right clicking a toolbar. Also, when trying to manually execute either from the “Plugins” menu OR toolbar, neither are loaded. Reloading the application seems to fix this problem temporarily (i.e. until the toolbar is refreshed again).

    I believe it is a bug. I will try to fix that. Thanks!
