Focus lost after closing the Output Bar

Hi,

I’ve been using a simple External Tool to quickly execute the current document as Python script (even w/o saving it). Let’s assign it a shortcut key Alt+, and try it with v17.2.0:

1. Write print(100), and press Alt+, to execute it.
2. The Output Bar is open, 100 is printed, and the keyboard focus is in the Output Bar. All OK!
3. Press Esc to close the Output Bar. Then keyboard focus lost.

Pretty sure this is a v17.2.0 regression.
