GetProfileString/GetProfileInt: Parameter for retrieving an initial value

Run EmEditor for the first time.
GetProfileString() fails to get the value if the value is not written in yet.
e.g.:
It fails to get “FindFlag”.
But the initial value for “FindFlag” is actually not 0.

So I think there should be a way to retrieve the initial value.
