Add a long line till vertical scroll is enabled.
Scroll down.
Switch to “No Wrap”.
** Horizontal scroll is not enabled instantly.

Hello,
The horizontal scroll bar appears only if the current view contains long lines that do not fit to the window size. If you scroll down and there are not long lines in the current view, there will be no horizontal scroll bar until you scroll up to show long lines.

Scroll down. (The long line is still visible.)
Switch to “No Wrap”. (The long line is still visible.)
** Horizontal scroll is not enabled instantly.
