#icon = an internal (core/plugin) bitmap resource

Is it possible to let us use an internal (core/plugin) bitmap resource via #icon directive?

e.g.:
I added a toolbar button for a macro, to replace a core/plugin button.
But I still want to use the core/plugin button image for the macro button.
