If Projects Explorer is Open Before, After File Compare it is Not

If I do a file compare having the Projects pane open before (with no files from that project) then upon bailing out of the file compare using the left editor I find the project pane closed.

Besides, ticking on and off the top Compare … item in the Compare tool menu produces all sort of odd side effects, in simple words does not work consistently.

I know it is not perfect, but at least it restore the EmEditor window size. I will try to see if I can address the issue.
