Unfortunately it seems as if you’re embedded IE for the web preview. That means if I have perfectly good XHTML using UTF-8, the web preview nonetheless thinks I’m using some local encoding (apparently LATIN-1). I know this is the fault of IE (which doesn’t even recognize that there is such as thing as XHTML), but can you work around it some way? Or just switch to the Mozilla engine?
