Increase / decrease line indent doesn't work when nothing is selected

… won’t work when the cursor is on a line with nothing selected / empty selection:
Indent won’t work” />

However, it will work on non-empty selections:
Indent works” />

I may be suffering from amnesia, but I thought this worked before version 17.2. – Either way it seems like something that should be fixed.

Actually, the behavior has been the same. However, I will make the next version allow Indent features even without the selection.
