Loading throbber/spinner on cursor when typing

Since a few versions, each time I type a character, EmEditor seems to load something as a throbber appears on cursor.
This slows down everything especially when undoing/redoing.
What may cause this?

Please try disabling all plug-ins and outlining.
If the issue persists, after exporting all settings, you can select “Reset All Settings” command (Tools > All Commands > Tools), and see if you can reproduce the issue. If the issues stops, you can gradually change the settings and see which settings cause the issue.

I’ve exported all my settings and reset them.
As soon as I choose PHP as current configuration, the loading throbber appears again when I start typing.
Again this didn’t happen in previous versions…

I’d like to recover all my previous settings.
But I can only import eeCommon.ini
What about the others :
eeConfig.ini
eePlugins.ini
eeUseIni.ini
and AppData ?

I’ve managed to recover my settings by copying back AppData and importing the reg file.
But my snippets are gone :-(

It really ruins my experience lately.
