New makro for subtitles

I’m using SW for work with subtitles, and he does not make a space anywhere in the info behind – though it is set for it.
Example:

00: 00: 39.284 -> 00: 00: 42,215
I wonder what Dad
said all this. -Strange.
Otherwise, the right distance behind – in the second line of dialogue. How can this be fixed?

The reason is probably that would spoil the time, so it seemed worse

and the subtitle would not be valid. It need macro that would not touch times, and insert correct space after each – only in dialog.
