Non-empty EOF line can not be duplicated when selection is multiple-line

Sample text:
AAA
BBB(Here is EOF)

Select the two lines;
Duplicate Line.

Result:
AAA
AAA
BBB(Here is EOF)

Hope the result can be:
AAA
AAA
BBB
BBB(Here is EOF)
