Objective C and Objective-C++ syntax highlighting support

I know Objective C/C++ is only used on Macs, and EmEditor is not available for Macs, but I would like to be able to use EE for editing Objective-C/C++ code on occasions.

The current C++ config is a start, but it would be great if full support could be added.

Would be great if ctags could be run on the header files too.
