Open "Null characters (00H)" files with system default application

Null characters (00H) contained in the file.
X:\path\to\Manual.pdf

( ) Open as Binary
( ) Open as Binary
(o) Open with system default application
( ) Select Encoding
( ) Continue Opening

That will also allow to add e.g. PDF files to Projects plugin.
Currently I can add a PDF to my project, but can’t open it
because EmEditor wants to open it as document for modifying.
