Undo it. (Top-right image)

And the bottom image shows the dotted lines messed up.

By the way,
Please search “plug-in near necessary” in CHM to find the sentence: A plug-in for outlining is necessary to display outlining.
It should be deleted since Outline is no longer a plug-in.
