Periodically increase the available text whilst loading large files

Currently when opening a large file a small chunk of it is available of browsing almost immediately, and the rest is made available once the progress bar completes. for extremely large files opened over a network, the full file load can take quite some time and the small chunk made available is all but useless. it would be much nicer if the available text were periodically increased as more of the file was loaded.

ps we just purchased a number of licenses due to the massively superior handling of large files, which i’d like to congratulate you on. these couple of improvements i’m suggesting would mostly complete the featureset i make use of in a text editor.
