Post button super obscure

But the way, I found the post button of this forum is super obscure. I spend several minutes hunting for it in vein. I have to use a tool to scan for a link with the ‘post’ keyword. End up it is an icon of a plus sign over a grey sphere. I’ve never found a more obscure button in any forums I’ve used.
