Previous/Next Logical Line

The performance is not comfortable/smoothing:

[Previous Logical Line] = [Logical Home] -> [Char Left] -> [Logical Home].
[Next Logical Line] = [Logical End] -> [Char Right].

So when the lines are long and no wrap, the view “bumps” horizontally on each trigger.
And the “extra sound” will be triggered if the cursor is already at the start/end of the line.

Hope this can be optimized.
