Problem with Forum email notifications

I seem to be getting 2 email’s sometimes 3 for posts.

Perhaps its the Notify of any new posts — is there a better setting than that? Since notification of any new posts shouldn’t notify of multiple posts in the same thread?

Also it would be beneficial if the email notifications actually mentioned the ThreadName in the Subject? As opposed to a generic subject for each one…
