[rc8] Mouse click inside TAB sets cursor always at the beginning of TAB

I didn’t notice it before, but now when I perform a mouse click in the area occupied with TAB charecter, the text cursor is alwasy set at the beginning of this TAB. With other characters there is no such problem – the cursor is set before the character when I click in the left half, and after the character if I click in the right half.

That is a specification – not changed from Versoin 6.
