Recognize Double-Byte Characters as URLs — cyrillic problem

Recognize Double-Byte Characters as URLs check box is checked.

But cyrillic still does not recognized as url. Hieroglyphs work great, but cyrillic does not.

file://C:文件.txt — good
file://C:файл.txt — no link

What is the problem with this?

Please check “Recognize Single-Byte Kana and Kana Marks as URLs” check box. I know it is misleading, and I will fix this label in future versions. Thanks!
