    I propose to add an ability to perform a relative and incremental Go To.
    The relative would work like keying in minus or plus sign in front of the numeric value as -5 or +12. Means move me up 5 lines from where the cursor, likewise 12 lines down.
    The incremental go to could be executed as [25] – means 25 lines from top of the file or [-45] then from bottom.
