Reloading a file doesn't reconsider that files encoding

Hi, I was viewing an xml file encoded in utf-16, then another program changed that file to use utf-8 encoding. When EmEditor 6.0.0.4/Win32 prompted to reload the file, all characters ended garbled up. Closing the file and re-opening from scratch fixed the problem. Bug?

This is correct behavior by design. You will explicitly need to specify the new encoding, or you can select “File” > “Reload” > “Detect All” or any other encoding.
