Remove scroll focus from filter list

Often i work big files
and i always use the filter menu
to search thru file

often i write something in filter
and i want to scroll the file
so i put mouse pointer on main edit window
and try to scroll
and now i scroll thru history filters

and app is trying to filter every history phrase
and i have to be careful
