Replace Dialog: Find Previous

When you are performing a Search/Replace, you don’t always want to Replace All. Sometimes you need to manually approve the Replacements. In such a case when you skip the current match to the next one, there is no way to get back
Without:
1) Close Replace Dialog
2) Open Find Dialog
3) Press [Find Up]
4) Switch to the Replace Dialog
5) Replace

I would appreciate if the Replace Dialog could have a [Find Previous] button added.
