saving UTF-8 encoding by default

When I opened a new file using the ‘new’ button and selected HTML format, I always be asked to choose encoding format of the file. How can I make it be UTF-8 by default?
When I saved the file, the dialog window always show file encoding is ‘Traditional Chinese (big5)’. How can I make it be UTF-8 by default?

Hi, you could change it from the “HTML config” -> “saving…” window.
