    Emed64 19.6.0 portable version.
    If the language setting is Chinese, Deutsch or English(United Kingdom)…etc.
    The shortcut “Ctrl+Shift+V” is still assigned to “Cycle Clipboard Ring”.

    If the language setting is English(US) or Japanese.
    The shortcut “Ctrl+Shift+V” is assigned to “Show Clipboard History” correctly.
