Snippet Plugin drag&drop joins lines

If i drag & drop multi line text to an new item
the lines are joined to one long line
and the line breaks are converted to escape sequence “n”.

Can i prevent that behavior?

I like to d&d and have the “real” line breaks instead of “n”
