Suggestion 1:
Hope the custom order can be saved and reverted.
Add “Custom” in “Arrange by” submenu.

Suggestion 2:
Add “Shortcut” in “Arrange by” submenu.

Suggestion 3:
Add a menu in “Select Snippet” dialog to include some necessary commands (Edit, Properties).
Thus the dialog can be used as a filter also for snippets management, since currently there’s no filter in Snippets bar.

Suggestion 4:
Need a shortcut key to open Properties for a snippet when in Snippets bar.
I think the default key (Alt+Enter) for “Properties for Current Configuration” command is not necessary, since that key can be customized.
Alt+Enter should serve the commands like “Properties for a snippet” for which we cannot customize the keys.
And giving Alt+Enter to “Properties for a snippet” will not affect the key used in the core, or vice versa.

Add middle-click feature to the list, to open the Properties for an item (or Edit it).

Hope the shortcut keys can be searched in [Select Snippet] dialog box, like in [Keyboard Map].
