Stacking plugin windows

It would be good to allow plugin windows to stack on top of each other and then have tabs to swap between them. This would allow you to have the project window, the symbol list and the outline plugin all open and docked on the same side of the screen, selectable via tabs.

This will be a much better use of screen space.
