    Recently, I took a text editor named EditPad Pro on trial, which can send email in editor. I think it is very useful for somebody but not for everybody. So I think u can add it by plugins.

    There are many ways to do using macros, but you will need some kind of SMTP available to use. If you use Outlook, you can use a macro you can find at /modules/mydownloads/singlefile.php?cid=8&lid=168
