The two "Delete Duplicate Lines" commands

1.
“Delete Duplicate Lines” command (NOT the “Advanced” one) now only works on adjacent lines.
If this is not a bug, please consider adding an option for this.

2.
“Delete Duplicate Lines (Advanced)” command:
When its dialog opens, “In the Selection Only” option should be turned on if there is a multiple-line selection, just like “Replace” dialog does.

“Delete Duplicate Lines (Advanced)” command now is “Delete/Bookmark Duplicate Lines (Advanced)”. The help docs should be revised again.

1. I realize there is a bug in the “Delete Duplicate Lines” command. This will be fixed on the next vefsion. Please use the “Advanced” version until the next fixed version is released.
