Themed Plugins?

Is it possible to change the colours of plugins? I have a low-contrast Zenburn theme configured for my editor, but the plugins are still bright white. Can it be changed?

If you are using the latest version, you can go to the View tab of the Customize dialog box, where you can customize the custom bar text and background colors.
