    Version: 9.01.

    Bug description: Underlining of non-ASCII URLs works in a buggy manner.

    Scenario: Try to paste real wikipedia URL: http://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/Дмитрий_Павлович and you’ll see that Unicode Cyrillic symbols are not underlined. Non-encoded URLs are permitted in modern browsers like Opera 10.
