Web Help with “Web Browser within EmEditor” problem

Tested on EmEditor v23.0.4 with all default settings in Windows 10 64-bit.
1. View menu -> Web Browser
2. Press F1 and then select Web Help & “-> Web Browser within EmEditor”
3. The Web browser window will freeze.

Another way to reproduce the problem:
1. Press F1 and then select Web Help & “-> Web Browser within EmEditor”
2. Click EmEditor main window(focus on left side)
3. Press F1 again and then select Web Help & “-> Web Browser within EmEditor”
4. The Help (Web browser) window will freeze.

EmEditor v23.0.3 is OK, there is no such problem.
