Where are the plugins?

I just installed version 9, anxiously wanting to try out the new snippets. But, they’re not there! In fact, when I bring it up, there are no plug-ins at all. Now I just noticed that the Library/Plugins page doesn’t have snippets either. :(

You might have cleared the “Instal plug-ins” checkbox during the install, but this should not be touched. Please re-install again.
