WordComplete + ESC

I setting ESC for exit from EmEditor.
But when I use WordComplete and trying close WordComplete’s windowd by pressing ESC, this key catch EmEditor and tries close editor.
I think, that it is a mistake.
Window WordComplete at first should be closed.
But only on the second pressing on ESC – editor.

I checked the source code, but this is by design. ESC is not really designed to be used as window exit. Please use another shortcut for this purpose. Thanks!

İf you setting ESC for exit from EmEditor and open Find window(Ctrl-F)(or other windows), that unitary pressing a ESC key closes a Find’s window, not editor. It’s right!!!
Why when the WordComplete’s window is open, the pressing a ESC key is closed the editor, but not close WordComplete’s window?
I think, that it is a mistake.
