WordComplete: limit the initial number of candidates

If the dictionary is big,
and when I type one letter and open the candidate list,
or especially when I triggered the candidate list accidentally when there was no letter at cursor,
the list could be slow, or very slow.

Please optimize it further (or add an option), to limit the initial number of candidates, and show more candidates gradually on request (i.e. when I scroll down manually).

The next beta will optimize this for speed. It will populate the candidate list as you scroll down when there are many items.
