    Current line background color = Custom (Any color).
    Wrap by window.
    Add a long line so it wraps.
    Move cursor from top to bottom.
    ** A newline (or EOF) mark appears at the end of the current line.
    Move cursor from bottom to top.
    ** The newline (or EOF) marks remained as the cursor left.

    We reproduced this issue, and it will be fixed on v17.9.95.
